Using SCRUM to deliver software early & often

So, I learned about Agile Project Management in the fall of 2003. One of the software project managers brought the information to me, and I knew that she was on to something. It's been almost five years and I've had the chance to roll out Agile in both a large and small company setting. Currently, we're using SCRUM at the company I'm at right now.
